Did you spend as much time watching tv in the 80's as I did? Do you remember any of it? Click on the banner above, take the quiz, then report back with your score. I got a 90%. I don't know whether to be proud or ashamed.
I can't believe I only got a 75%. I looked at what I got wrong and on some I didn't go with my gut instinct and if I did I would have gotten a few more right. Why am I taking this so hard? I need a life huh?
LOL, I got 90%. I was majorly hooked on TV in the 80s. I can't believe I missed the Diff'rent Strokes question, but the Knight Rider question I figured was wrong. (I never really liked that show.)
I only got 65% and I think that makes me sad. My memory has failed me! But getting the "too cool for school" answer wrong gave the best explanation as to why Johnny Depp is so awesome. LOL
My ex's cousin was an actress and she played Johnny Depp's girlfriend on Jump Street. I was so jealous!
65%!!! Considering I'd never even heard of half of those shows, I'm pretty impressed were myself! The 2 shows on the quiz I watched were "Cheers" and "The Cosby Show", and I wasn't even sure of those answers. Was there really a show about a guy who ran around in a super hero suit???
My 80's sitcom knowledge is weak. Not sure whether to be proud or ashamed. ;-)
The 80's were University followed by workaholic times for me. So not that much TV.
I scored a pathetic 45% after mostly guessing. I did know the Greatest American Hero question, though. LOVED that show. And I'm one of the few people who watched Cop Rock and thought it rocked despite the bizarre concept.
BTW. How cool was it that the Greatest American Hero actor had a small cameo on Heros this year? (He was the reporter that the new Nicki... (Tracy?) froze.
90% here too. I didn't watch Miami Vice or Golden Girls though--I think they were on Friday nights and I had football. Not that I played football--but I was in drill team first two years and Cheerleader the next--so I wasn't home.
I got 80% right. I guessed at several because I'd never seen the shows but there was one that I would have bet WASN'T what it ended up being.
And yes Maria, there was a show about a guy who ran around in a super hero suit. It was hilarious because the suit gave him the powers but he'd lost the manual and didn't know how to work it. I loved that show. LOL
DUDE, I only got 60% right. I hang my head in shame. LOL

ReplyDeleteI am not sure whether I should be happy or sad.

I got 55%, but I was a toddler at the start of the decade, and only in 5th or 6th grade at the end of the decade.
ReplyDeleteOf course, if we have any teen readers of this site, they'll probably do even worse than me (unless they're addicted to syndication).
65% ...now give me a 70s quiz....I'll knock your socks off....
ReplyDelete55% for me...but I can still sing the theme song to Greatest American Hero, and that's what's really important.
ReplyDeleteNow if the Greatest American Hero ever got into a fight with Iron Man...I think we all know who'd win.
Cara
I GOT 45% RIGHT. BUT at least i got he alf one right!
ReplyDelete65%!!!

ReplyDeleteI got 90% right, too. But I already know that I watch waaayyy too much television and I always have.
ReplyDelete75%. A few of them I passed on I would have had right, though.
ReplyDeleteI don't know if that's good or bad!
