So I decided today I'm going to take the day off. WOOHOO. It's awesome being my own man, not having to call in COUGHCOUGHsickCOUGHCOUGH so I can run around or be lazy as much as I want.
How about you--is your boss understanding? Do you ever get to play hooky?
I never get to play hooky. My DDJ is neither dreaded nor day for that matter. I work as a nurse two nights a week. I get to be a stay at home mom/writer all week long. Now that job is one I want to play hooky from. Anyone want to babysit while I lounge by the pool?
ReplyDeleteAs long as I have the leave in my account, I can take off as much as I want. But I'm trying to save up as much leave as possible, since i'll be needing it come December.
ReplyDeleteI only work outside of home 20hrs a week now and my husband does all the housework and cooking...so everyday sort of feels like hooky.
